I had my car in for a 7,500 mileage oil change, inspection, emissions, and a check engine light. After sitting in the waiting room, a female employee came out and handed me paperwork saying I would be contacted when my parts came in. She had no idea what parts/what was wrong with my car. My oil change was refused as the app is saying my oil has life left. Weirdly, I asked if this voided my warranty and wasn’t provided an answer.
